Udderly Smooth Extra Care 20 Moisturizing Cream with 20% Urea for professional strength moisturizing power. Dermatologists note that urea both protects and improves the barrier function of the skin.
Product Description
This hand and body lotion from Redex Industries contains 20% urea, a compound that improves the skin’s ability to act as a barrier. This high level of urea in an unscented non-greasy moisturizing cream offers extra soothing power for stressed-out skin.

Such A Shame I Can't Try This

I wanted to try this product and came to this page hoping to purchase some. Then I read the reviews. Parabens? In this day and age and with all the evidence stacked against them? I don’t use anything with parabens any longer. Om fact, even when I receive free samples, if they contain parabens, into the trash they go without being used.
Prevents skin from cracking open
JimP
Prevents my skin from cracking open! I have problems with dry skin on my fingers cracking open in the winter. I have posted on the PP website several times about using super glue to hold my skin cracks closed while they heal. I had several cracks open up as early as November in 2015. They healed very slowly even with the super glue. Joe and Terry say urea has superior healing properties, so I started rubbing it into my fingers at least twice/day. No more skin cracks this winter, and it’s now early March!
It's OK

I have ugly brown blotches on the inside of my ankles and hoped maybe the cream would lessen the color. It did not. It’s OK as a hand cream, but nothing too special.
Love it!

I am a nurse & wash my hands many many times a day. I have used countless hand lotions before I tried this one. Some were as much as $25 for a small tube. Nothing compares to this cream! It is the BEST!! I highly recommend!!

Udderly Smooth feels very soft and silky going on, but then after a while, seems to have a chalky feel to it. It does seem to soften and condition my skin! I also am concerned about the paraben component.
Tried the 2oz size for my spider veins

I ordered (2) 2-oz tubes of the Udderly Smooth Extra Care 20 because of the reviews stating it helped with their spider veins–which I have many. I never saw any difference after applying the cream with urea in it. I checked the local pharmacies and found many places that sold the large jar but none with the urea in it. I shared the second tube with my niece to try to help her. So I was disappointed that the 20% urea cream didn’t help. One large pharmacy said they could order the jar with the urea, which would save the cost of shipping, but if I were going to purchase the jar, then I would purchase it from People’s Pharmacy and pay the shipping cost, but only if it would help with my spider veins. Maybe I’ll try it again but only on a particular area and see if that helps. Otherwise, absolutely love your newspaper columns and have 2 of your great books. Thanks for all of your knowledge.
Like it but...

I bought this after reading that it could help make tiny spider veins a little less ugly. I bought the small tube to try it out and I think my lovely little spider veins may be a little lighter. My only complaint is that the cream includes parabens. After reading all the research about how bad parabens are, I try to avoid them in any product. This cream with urea but no parabens would be fantastic! As it is, I won’t get any more when I run out.

Unscented, nongreasy skin cream is hard to find. I would buy it again, preferably both in large and small tubes for home and travel.

Excellent product. I agree about needing a bigger container. In addition to the container not lasting long, I find it is hard to extract the last bits. Finally cut the tube in two and pressed the last bits out.

I like this product very much. I use it on my feet to soften the callouses. I wish Udderly Smooth Cream was available at the stores that their website says they are available. Paying for shipping makes the product rather expensive. Thank you for making this product available.

I’m afraid this cream did not help me in cold weather when the air is so dry. I used it several times each day and I still had cracking and bleeding. Was disappointed and won’t buy again.
Fragrance

The product is advertised as fragrance-free. It is not. Although subtle, it has enough of a fragrance to make it unusable for someone like me who gets migraines. Even “natural” fragrances can do this. I had to give this product to a friend.
love udderly smooth

i use the jars at home, but like to have the smaller tube for travel. a great product for dry skin.
I have stasis dermatitis..

I have stasis dermatitis..I have tried many creams to relieve the dry itchy skin patches on my lower legs. When I examine the label on many creams they have lanolin in them .I cannot use lanolin on my condition..The most serious ingredient that turns me away is Methylparaben and propylparaben.. Parabens are preservatives in most products that are considered carcinogenic..they can cause cancer. So I avoid those products entirely
