Excellent, But Some Sub-Topics Need to Be Expanded Upon & Longer & More Detailed Booklet Advisable

As usual the PP provides a lot of excellent information about constipation in this booklet, and I have, as a long-term sufferer, read a lot on the subject. I found information that I did not find elsewhere. I especially appreciated the long list of medications that may cause constipation.
In the spirit of improving the booklet when it is revised, I have the following criticisms and or suggestions:
Overall, I would have appreciated a somewhat longer and more detailed booklet, even at twice or more the price (such as the one on arthritis, which is truly excellent).
To begin with I would have appreciated a few citations and/or links to the medical literature on certain subjects.
1) Surprisingly, nothing is said about the role of exercise in helping with constipation!
2) Just how effective are laxative helpers like Metamucil, flaxseed, and stool softeners according to the medical literature? (In my case not too effective).
3) I would have like a more detailed discussion of the pros and cons of new Rx meds for constipation such as Linzess and Motegrity (which I am presently on).
4) Finally, I would have appreciated much deeper discussion of what kinds of tests doctors should run in cases of chronic constipation. What are the most revealing diagnostic tests that they should run? Test for gastroparesis, colonic transit tests, which kind of stool tests etc.
OK the booklet says you should contact your doctor if even OTC remedies, etc. do not work. I have had constipation for over three years now, and in that time I have seen five different GI doctors in my health care provider. Some of them have a limited knowledge of such a basic subject, believe it or not.
