Product Reviews

  1. Nothing spectacular!

    Alberto J Carrillo
    Winston Salem, NC

I have serious insomnia, and I didn’t learn anything I didn’t already know.

  2. Good stuff, needs updating

    Lee Turner

Overall, I like the format. And the primary reason I ordered it was for the drug list (which my BP med was on the list). The information is a little outdated, however, Here is a quote: “The result is that tryptophan pills won’t be sold in the U.S. in the foreseeable future.” I order tryptophan from and all the time (I have a bottle in my supplement closet). Some interesting info about sleeping meds. Overall, it just needs a few updates. I would like to see a larger, more in-depth list of meds that cause insomnia, or contribute to insomnia. I still have the very first print of The People’s Pharmacy; always a big fan.

  3. Needs Updating

    Al Peters
    Brodheadsville, PA

    I purchased Getting A Good Night’s Sleep on 11/12/15.

The last time this product was updated was in 2008.

While most of the advice is timeless, the parts discussing “new” drugs, supplements and interactions is out of date.
