I am looking for answers. I had COVID in oct-dec of 2020. I have continued to have strange things happen. About 2 months ago I suddenly start acting intoxicated. I remember nothing for 4-5 days. I am a lawyer. I had to be taken from the court house. My doctors have no answers.
Nothing spectacular!

I have serious insomnia, and I didn’t learn anything I didn’t already know.
Good stuff, needs updating

Overall, I like the format. And the primary reason I ordered it was for the drug list (which my BP med was on the list). The information is a little outdated, however, Here is a quote: “The result is that tryptophan pills won’t be sold in the U.S. in the foreseeable future.” I order tryptophan from Swansonvitamins.com and LEF.org all the time (I have a bottle in my supplement closet). Some interesting info about sleeping meds. Overall, it just needs a few updates. I would like to see a larger, more in-depth list of meds that cause insomnia, or contribute to insomnia. I still have the very first print of The People’s Pharmacy; always a big fan.

I purchased Getting A Good Night’s Sleep on 11/12/15.
The last time this product was updated was in 2008.
While most of the advice is timeless, the parts discussing “new” drugs, supplements and interactions is out of date.
